Our team has huge experience of the licensing laws and their implications to a wide range of sectors in England, Wales and Scotland. We can provide NCPLH and other training courses for individuals or groups, we can also develop alcohol awareness and age related sales programmes for your intranet or computer based training systems.

If you need to make personal or premises licence applications (or have to attend court for reviews) we have a trained legal team who can handle these anywhere in the UK on your behalf.

Trading Standards and Police are getting more aggressive with their “sting” operations. If you want to test your own staff and procedures, or prove due diligence to the authorities, we have a team of several hundred 18 to 20 year olds based all over the country who we can legally send into your stores or venues to check whether your Challenge 21 or Challenge 25 policies are being effectively implemented.

With over 25 years of training and administrative experience we are able to focus on the delivery of high quality training for the Licensed, Retail & Hospitality trades. We deliver the BII accredited National Certificate for Personal Licence Holder (NCPLH) programmes, with very high pass rates,(close to 100% of our delegates now pass first time!) at centres near you in England Wales & Scotland.

We will help you pass your chosen licensing qualification and also be fully aware of the legal implications to you of the Licensing Acts 2003 and the Scottish Licensing Act 2005.

We run in excess of 35 Personal licence (NCPLH) courses per month right across England, Wales and Scotland and limit class size to around 15 people so that you have more chance to ask questions (some providers have as many as 40 delegates in a room). You also get free refreshments and lunch as well as only having to take one examination!
